Your Wiki CMS can be installed on virtually any computer as long as it's running webserver software and PHP. Almost any computer will run webserver software and PHP, including desktops, laptops, and embedded hardware devices.

If you don't have webserver software yet, you can create a Desktop Webserver. For that matter, you can even install pre-packaged webserver+PHP software that runs from a flash drive .
